We want you to have a great experience with Quick Bookkeeping Co. This policy explains when refunds may be available for our services and any third‑party products we facilitate.


Definitions

  • Company: Quick Bookkeeping Co (“QBCO”).
  • Services: bookkeeping, cleanup, advisory, onboarding, migrations, and related offerings listed on our site.
  • Affiliate products: any third‑party software or tools purchased via us are governed by that vendor’s license and refund terms.

Eligibility for refunds

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, notify us at support@qbcoinc.com within 30 days of purchase and describe the issue.
  • If we cannot reasonably remedy a material deficiency within 10 business days after your notice, we will issue a refund for the affected portion.
  • Services that have already been fully delivered, or where deliverables have been accepted, are generally not refundable.
  • Fees paid to third‑party vendors (e.g., software subscriptions) are subject to those vendors’ policies.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@qbcoinc.com with your company name, contact info, invoice number, and a brief description of the issue.
  • If you cannot reach your account manager, you may also call (888) 673-8333.

Processing refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or another destination you designate, subject to verification requirements.

Shipping/returns

We primarily provide digital services. If any physical materials are involved, we will provide return instructions as needed.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
